The pressure to create a masterpiece

Apparently the demands of producing a work of art with his crayons is getting to Nicholas. At 2 years old, the stress is overwhelming him.

Can't you just feel the tension?

Or it could be that I had him wearing Christmas pajamas on Easter morning and he felt completely ridiculous.

Easter 2010

We had a fairly quiet Easter. Started the day at home. Kenya & Nicholas each got a T-shirt and a teeny bit of candy from the Easter bunny. Kenya loved the Twilight t-shirt and Nicholas loved the Thomas the Train shirt.

No dyed eggs this year. Maybe I'll get brave enough to do this with Nicholas next year.

We headed to Aunt Joy's for Easter dinner and spent some time with Rich's family.

The day started out with my boy dressed in his Easter garb. I love the sweater vest.

By the time we made it to the gathering, we had to do a change of clothes. Still handsome nonetheless.

All in all, a nice day. The weather was beautiful. We spent a lot of time outside and had a great time.

Easter is the worst holiday for candy

Seriously, Easter holiday candy is the worst holiday candy there is!

My only complaint, the foil wrapper takes too long to get off.

And I have been eating a ton of these, but that has nothing to do with Easter.
